The SG1625 flatbed cutter (sheet feeding, cutting, and stacking system) is an intelligent sheet processing solution that can be used with the AI Cutting Assistant. With just a simple voice command, the machine automatically completes feeding, positioning, cutting, and stacking. The system also features a rear-scan automatic feeding function, enabling one-step cutting of materials such as PVC foam board and corrugated board with printed graphics. In addition, the SG1625 flatbed cutter supports high-speed acrylic cutting and comes with an automatic tool changer, allowing routing, polishing, and chamfering to be completed in a single process. Overall, the SG1625 flatbed cutter simplifies manual intervention through intelligent operation, significantly improving production efficiency and cutting precision. It is ideal for applications such as advertising panels, sign making, and decorative material processing.
AI-Powered Automation
With the AI Cutting Assistant, a single voice command triggers the machine to automatically complete feeding, positioning, cutting, and stacking — significantly simplifying operation and reducing manual intervention.
Rear-Scan & One-Step Cutting
The system features a rear-scan automatic feeding function, enabling one-step cutting of pre-printed materials such as KT board and PVC foam board. This ensures precise positioning and higher efficiency.
Automatic Tool Change and Automatic Bit Change
The SG1625 flatbed cutter supports high-speed cutting of rigid materials such as acrylic, and comes with an automatic tool changer that allows routing, polishing, and chamfering to be completed in a single process — no manual tool change required. It also features an automatic tool change system, making it easy to handle different materials and processes with great flexibility.

High-end M7 series bus control system with real-time communication and zero signal loss, and zero error in software resolution. The cutting head achieves higher motion efficiency with precise and smooth curve movement.

Electric Oscillating Tool

Equipped with a high-frequency Maxon motor, reaching speeds up to 18,000 RPM, and featuring specially made tungsten steel hardened blades, it easily handles cutting various harder and thicker materials (such as corrugated cardboard, honeycomb cardboard, KT board, and foam board) with fast speed and smooth, neat edges.

Universal Cutting Tool

Capable of handling materials with a thickness of up to 5mm. Compared to the oscillating tool, it cuts at a faster speed.

Plotter Pens

Includes one gel pen and one oil-based pen, which can be used for drawing on paper and cardstock materials, as well as for product precision testing and calibration.

Ethernet Transmission Port

Data transmission is flexible and stable, with enhanced automation scalability; it supports remote upgrades and maintenance, as well as machine control and file access within a local area network (LAN).
